The PERCIVAL website (the "Site") is operated by PERCIVAL (the "Company"). These terms of use constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company. Browsing the Site and using its content constitute your agreement to all of these terms. 1. Purpose of the Site and its content1. מטרת האתר והתכנים

Content on the Site is general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, tax, regulatory, financial, or investment advice, nor an offer, undertaking, or recommendation to take any action. • An engagement is created only following a meeting, and upon signature by both parties of an engagement agreement, proposal, or statement of work (SOW). 3. No guarantee of outcome3. היעדר הבטחת תוצאה

Content describing our experience, approach, or methodology is not a promise of any business result. Entering a new market involves commercial, regulatory, and geopolitical risks outside the Company's control. תכנים באתר המתארים ניסיון, גישה או מתודולוגיה אינם מהווים הבטחה לתוצאה עסקית כלשהי. כניסה לשוק חדש כוללת סיכונים עסקיים, רגולטוריים וגיאופוליטיים שאינם בשליטת החברה.

4. Permitted and prohibited use4. שימוש מותר ושימוש אסור

The Company may block access to the Site for any user who breaches these terms, at its discretion and without prior notice. החברה רשאית לחסום את הגישה לאתר בפני משתמש שהפר תנאים אלה, לפי שיקול דעתה, וללא הודעה מוקדמת.

Site content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, translated, modified, published, or used commercially, in whole or in part, without the Company's prior written consent. 7. Limitation of liability7. הגבלת אחריות

The Company's Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement form an integral part of these terms of use. Use of the Site is subject to them. מדיניות הפרטיות והצהרת הנגישות של החברה מהוות חלק בלתי נפרד מתנאי שימוש אלה. השימוש באתר כפוף להן.

11. Indemnity11. שיפוי

A user who breaches these terms of use or any provision of law shall indemnify the Company for any damage, expense, or payment incurred as a result, including reasonable legal costs, immediately upon its first demand. משתמש שהפר תנאי שימוש אלה או הוראת דין ישפה את החברה בגין כל נזק, הוצאה או תשלום שייגרמו לה בשל כך, לרבות הוצאות משפטיות סבירות, מיד עם דרישתה הראשונה.

Notice of any material change will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
